Self-Pay Information

We do not bill insurance companies out-of-network. At our clinic you would be considered a self-pay client. We are able to send you a superbill receipt with the necessary information to file your own of out-of-network claim. As a self-pay client, we collect payment upfront.

Please keep in mind that physical therapy is an eligible expense for Health Savings and Flex Spending Accounts.
