Meet the Staff at Mindful Motion Physical Therapy
Jessica Dufault, DPT, Physical Therapist
I’ve been a practicing licensed physical therapist since 2006. Early in my career, I came to realize the benefits of working in a private practice clinic. Today, I love that I can give my clients the kind of attention they really need for a fulfilling and effective physical therapy session. I try to help clients feel at ease as we work together to address their pain or injury. My whole-body approach will typically include a postural assessment, various manual therapy techniques, flexibility/strength exercises to remedy possible imbalances, and instruction for exercises to do at home. I also bring specialized knowledge in physical therapy to treat women’s pelvic health issues.
Education: Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Emory University; Bachelor of Science, Kinesiology, Indiana University.
Autumn Bonner, DPT, Physical Therapist
I provide clients a range of techniques to promote healing, including manual therapy, postural assessment, exercise prescription for muscular and flexibility imbalance, pain education, and interventions specific to nerve irritation. I also have a passion for working with women’s pelvic health concerns. Before becoming a physical therapist, I was a registered yoga instructor for eight years, often working with clients suffering from injuries or chronic pain. When appropriate, I bridge my knowledge in yoga with physical therapy techniques and am pursuing certification in Professional Yoga Therapy, a designation specifically for licensed medical practitioners.

Nathan Dufault, MBA, LAT, Office Manager, Athletic Trainer
My primary role at Mindful Motion is office manager. That really means Mindful Motion clients have a patient and knowledgeable professional to rely on not only for scheduling and billing, but also for questions on insurance coverage, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, and any other concerns that come up in the sometimes confusing world of healthcare. In addition, I’ve been a certified athletic trainer since 2003. I provide athletic training services here at the clinic, as well as on an outreach basis for local high schools and sporting events.
